Hydro excavation is a method of digging by utilizing high pressure water and a high powered vacuum to create a "slurry" to be sucked into the debris tank. With 1,200 gallons of fresh water and a 12 yard debris tank, our trucks are prepared for the toughest of jobs.
Air excavation is the process of using high pressure air to cut through soils to be sucked into the debris tank.
Hydrovacs have the capability of running remote hoses to reach locations up to a few hundred feet from the truck.
Slot trenching when the operator creates small, controlled excavations often just a few inches wide. This allows for minimal disruption to the surrounding areas and avoids unnecessary excavation. Often times a slot trench is used to locate underground utilities or its used to dig a long skinny trench so small pipes or cables can be placed into the trench.
